Every year, farmers in each canton are keen to open their farms on the 1ster Sunday in August to discover their animals, milking cows and all the agricultural traditions still preserved.
Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to leave meeting the rural world. It is also an opportunity to better understand how the agricultural world and also how those who are involved live.
In addition to farm visit, the Young Farmers (also called the JA) often organize demonstrations, activities for children, tasting of regional products and walks.
