For us, summer is first and foremost synonymous with hay and aftermath. It's the time when there's a light dew in the morning, a light morning mist that dissipates as soon as the sun warms up. It's the smell of drying hay, that sweet summer scent.

In summer, the weather is nice, it's pleasant, and even during a heatwave, we can breathe freely here. We can enjoy eating outside in the evening on the terrace and feel the air soften, then spend a good night in the cool air.

It's time to stock up on activities, on land or in the water! Summer is a paradise for hiking and mountain biking, it's the time to enjoy canoeing, climbing, via ferrata... We have everything you need in hiking maps and climbing guides at the Tourist Office, so we're waiting for you!

Get together with friends or family to enjoy meals on the terrace and the mild evening air, or have outdoor barbecues. And why not get out into nature and walk for a few minutes to find THE perfect picnic or barbecue spot? We have some great recommendations.

When it is hot, very hot, it is cool, on the summits, in the forests or near rivers: whether near the Doubs or the Dessoubre, or near the surrounding lakes, the temperature drops by a few degrees.
You'd better have a little sweater in your bag, because the evenings can be chilly.
You'd better have a rain jacket in your backpack too when you go for a walk, summer can be synonymous with thunderstorms...
