What is killed or killed?

The farms of Franche-Comté are recognizable by their large roofs who must support the snow and contain the fodder necessary for cows during the winter.

The name tuyé, which is also written “tué” or “tuhé”, comes from the pig that has been “killed” to be prepared and put for salting and smoking.
