The Ebauche is a prefiguration space for the Cité des Horlogers. It is composed of an exhibition presenting part of the collections of the two former museums, a space for presenting the progress of the Cité des Horlogers project, a space for presenting the watchmaking ecosystem (Lycée de Morteau, watchmaking companies, entertainment), as well as a relaxation area allowing you to discover books or films on watchmaking companies and watchmaking personalities in the region.

Opening
From January to April, and from October to December (excluding school holidays): open Friday and Saturday afternoons. In May, June, September, and during school holidays (excluding summer): open Tuesday to Sunday afternoons. In July and August: open Tuesday to Sunday mornings and afternoons.
