Welcome to the heart of Pontarlier's last artisanal, family-run distillery, where 5 generations of distillers have succeeded each other since 1890. In 2007, the distillery was awarded the distinction of being labeled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant," a label awarded to French companies with excellent artisanal and industrial know-how. During the tour, you will discover the original copper stills in which absinthe and anise are still distilled today, and enjoy a free tasting of the products.
