Patrick's Mushroom CrustAt Patrick's, we eat local products of course, but especially the mushroom crust with beautiful morels bathed in a sumptuous sauce made with crème fraîche from the dairy. Continue your meal with the hiker's plate with the famous sausage from Morteau or with perch fillets meunière. If you still have a little room, treat yourself to French toast for dessert.
