From June to September, come discover an American plains bison farm during a tasting tour (2 hours) or a gastronomic tour (4 hours). In a large, covered wagon, you will go to the heart of the herd and learn all about this animal. The tour will end with a tasting of bison charcuterie and drinks (or a meal depending on the chosen formula). Also discover the new American Indian and Cowboy Museum. Reservations required.
