The Franco-Swiss Shipyard, located in Villers-le-Lac, builds steel boats. Since its creation in 1983, it has specialized in the construction of passenger riverboats: approximately 80 projects throughout France, ranging from 10m to 26m, with 50 to 250 seats. In summer, the shipyard is open for tours (or guided tours for groups upon reservation) and includes educational panels, a slideshow, and several models.
