The classification of furnished tourist accommodation is an official guarantee of quality of service and comfort. It is a voluntary approach and completely independent of any other possible labeling.
The classification is valid for 5 years and allows, among other things, to gain visibility, to accept holiday vouchers and to benefit from a tax reduction.
