Before opening a furnished tourist accommodation or a guest room, you must make a declaration to the town hall of the municipality of the rental accommodation by completing a Cerfa form.

Décla'Loc is a system that simplifies the procedures for declaring your furnished tourist accommodation/guest room to your town hall.

It allows the dematerialization of the filing and processing of Cerfa (mandatory declaration for any creation of these types of tourist accommodation).
